Yay, glad to see a photo blog from you. You take wonderful pictures. Dawn mentioned that you use Photoshop? I am taking an online tutorial right now for my software which is Photo Impact. I love messing around with textures and making colors look crisp. I know I've got a lot to learn yet, but I am having so much fun learning. Your boys are so adorable. Isn't it great having so many kids to be your models? Not all five of mine like having their pictures taken, but they're slowly getting use to a camera being in my hands at all times. LOL What kind of camera do you use? I have a Canon digital Rebel XT, 300D. Right now I am trying to find an afforable 70-300mm IS telephoto lens. Do you mess around with layering in Photoshop? That confuses me alittle, but I am currently learning about my layer manager with my online workshop tutorial so hopefully that helps. <><
Thanks for the helpful info. I am still learning about those settings. Right now I just take pictures in the basic settings which of course sets the ampeture values, etc... automatically. I am going to practice taking some pictures using the settings you described. Thank you again for that. It helps knowing what other people do for great shots rather then reading the manuel about everything you can do. I learn better by someone saying if you want this shot try this, but manuels don't speak that way. LOL I can't wait to learn the cloning tool with my tutorial because I have several shots that I would like to remove food from my kids faces. LOL
